My name is Helen and I consider myself to be the luckiest girl in the world!! I
live alone with my three amazing children: my son Charlie (tall, handsome,
sporty and clever) and my twins, Daisy (beautiful, witty, independent and
feisty) and Freddie (cheeky, funny, smiley and sociable). They are all such
individuals and keep me more than a little busy. My little Freddie was born
with Down's Syndrome. He came as a shock, but my goodness, he was a shock that I
would truly not be without. What an adorable, loving little monkey he is!!
Freddie will need a heart operation in the not too distant future, but I am sure
he will bounce back and quickly return to his bubbly and boisterous self!!!
I work full time as a Sergeant in South Yorkshire Police in the Child
Protection and Domestic Violence arenas. The job is a challenging one, but makes
me appreciative on a daily basis of how lucky and blessed I am to have been
chosen to be a mum of such an amazing bunch of kids. Bringing them up is a daily
juggling act, but hey, us women can multi-task, right??!!
